[ The story ]

The brief in 30 seconds.

One north star: a record-breaking October. No playbook, no historical data, and a studio that had to keep up with the demand it created.

01 · The problem

Never done before.

The STRONG Challenge had never run in this format. Offer structure, ad angles and funnel sequence all had to be built from zero.

02 · The play

A three-month runway.

Start the engine early with Google Search for intent and hyper-local Meta for reach, feeding a ladder of low-barrier offers.

03 · The result

A record October.

50+ new paying members in one month, and so much demand that a temporary call centre was set up to work the leads.

[ The runway ]

Three months to peak.

Each month warmed a wider audience with a new low-barrier offer, so by October the studio was converting a crowd that already knew them.

Month 2WidenNew offer, new segment

Hyper-local MetaAwareness, emotion and offer engagement
Low-barrier offersA new reason to say yes each month, at $5 to $10 a lead
A good problem: too many leads

Sign-ups started straight away, and by October the challenge was managing the volume. A temporary call centre was stood up to nurture and convert the rest.

[ The refresh rate ]

New creative every 7–10 days.

Winning angles were dialled up and tired ones swapped out before fatigue set in, which kept lead cost low enough to keep scaling.

Illustrative: engagement fades as creative ages, then resets each time a new set (green) goes live.
